Mariah Carey Stuns Fans in 'Workout Ensemble' with Heels at 54 – Video

Mariah Carey stunned her fans by showing a video of herself exercising in heels at her age. Many praised the star and admired her physique, citing that they now knew why she was in "great shape."

Music icon Mariah Carey, 54, amazed her Lambs (the name of her fanbase) in a recent video she posted to her Instagram account. As a way of teasing and poking fun at the fact that many know her for being a fabulous diva, Carey showed herself all dolled up while doing activities.

What piqued fans' interest was that she was doing a workout in high heels. Not only was she rocking heels while exercising on a leg weight machine, but she also had on a glamorous gold gown and makeup.

Carey comedically expressed in the video frame of her exercising: "I'm Mariah Carey; of course, this is my workout ensemble." Many were pleasantly surprised to see her working out in glam attire. One fan complimented: "The glamorous diva doing her workouts 😍."

Another praised: "👏 😍👏 hahaha...so cute and cool exercise outfit..." Someone else who was particularly impressed by Carey's fitness levels gushed, "I see why you're still in great shape," while another fan swooned, "You make it look easy and elegant."

Mariah Carey may have been making light of her routines and what she gets up to as a mega-superstar; however, the mother of two, dubbed "the Queen of Christmas," works hard to maintain her svelte physique.

She previously stated the following about the strict diet she follows: "It's really hard. My diet, you would hate it. All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That's it."

Although the "All I Want For Christmas Is You" singer once described her diet as less than appetizing, it is what had worked best for the industry entertainer.
