Kelly Osbourne's appearance at Clive Davis' pre-Grammys gala prompted a wave of concern online after footage from the event circulated, with some netizens openly urging her to seek help.

Kelly attended the star-studded event on February 1, 2026, alongside her brother, Jack Osbourne, and their mother, Sharon Osbourne, just one day before the Grammy Awards honoured their late father, Ozzy Osbourne.

The trio posed together at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, with Jack standing between Sharon and Kelly, his arms resting around both of them as they smiled for photographers.

Inside the gala, Sharon appeared in high spirits as she paused for photos with Kelly and Machine Gun Kelly, flashing a peace sign while the group posed. Sharon was also seen warmly engaging with Jelly Roll, at one point holding his face in both hands as they spoke intently.

Sharon, 73, Kelly, 41, and Jack, 40, coordinated in all-black ensembles, a choice that appeared to reference Ozzy's long-associated dark aesthetic. The family's public appearance came amid an emotional weekend.

On Sunday, the 2026 Grammys honoured Ozzy, who won five awards over the course of his career, with a high-profile tribute performance featuring Post Malone, Andrew Watt, Chad Smith, Duff McKagan, and Slash.

Ozzy died in July 2025 at the age of 76 after suffering a heart attack. The musician's death certificate, filed by his eldest daughter, Aimee Osbourne, 42, cited out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, along with coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction, as contributing causes.

Ozzy's death deeply affected Sharon and their children. In November, Kelly shared that she spent two months sleeping in Sharon's bed following her father's passing.

She candidly described the intensity of her grief and the overwhelming sense of loss she experienced during an emotional discussion on "The Osbournes Podcast".

Against that backdrop, attention quickly shifted online from the family's show of unity to Kelly's physical appearance in video clips from the gala.

One person commented, "She looks older than Sharon." Another said, "Her father death took a toll on her and Sharon. Stress, sadness and grief" while a separate netizen typed, "She looks so skeletal.. [sic] 😳 it's 😱 scary."

As the discussion continued, several remarks became increasingly alarmed. One person shared, "She looks like she's 80 years old." Another added, "Kelly looks 81 years old with that posture, walk, skin and hair 😟."

While acknowledging the sensitivity of such discussions, one netizen wrote, "i [sic] know that talking about other people's bodies is not okay but she needs help ASAP." Another echoed that concern more forcefully, stating, "SHE NEEDS HELP ASAP !!!"

The reaction underscored how Kelly Osbourne's public appearance, set against the emotional weight of honouring her late father, sparked a broader conversation online about grief, health, and the toll of personal loss when experienced under intense public scrutiny.
