Almost everyone has experienced back pain at least once in their lifetime and is not a very pleasant feeling. In fact, back pain tends to linger for a long time.

People try every cure possible in an attempt to stop the pain from bothering them throughout the day and from keeping them up at night. The reality is that there is no real cure for it.

The reason behind back pain can differ from person to person, so several doctors and practitioners tend to prescribe all sorts of medicine in hopes of fixing the patient's problem, as reported by Shared.

But there is a very simple hack that seems to have been proven effective. Although it hasn't been fully tested in a laboratory, the results can't be denied, especially considering that it is 100 percent natural.

Garlic milk, although it may sound unappealing and bad tasteful, might be quite helpful when it comes to treating back pain, which, if left untreated, can become worse with time.

According to the source, the recipe is particularly suitable for those people who suffer from sciatica, a debilitating condition that only affects one side of the body and that occurs when a 'herniated disk, bone spur or narrowing of the spine compresses part of the nerve.'

The effectiveness of this simple treatment results from the benefits of both the garlic and the milk. While the garlic is known for improving cardiovascular health and reducing inflammation, milk has precious nutrients such as calcium, protein and Vitamin B12.

As reported by Shared, to make garlic milk, one only needs 4 garlic cloves, 250 ml of milk and honey to add a little bit of sweetness to it. After that, it is only a matter of following four simple steps.

1- Crush the garlic cloves and put them in a saucepan with the milk and bring it to a slow boil.

2- Stir the pot to prevent the milk from burning to the bottom.

3- Once the mixture is boiling, let it cool down.

4- Add the honey and pour it into a cup.

It is recommended to only drink the milk once a day due to the garlic's blood-thinning properties.
