According to Today, his partner, Goldie Hawn and his stepdaughter shared what he meant to them. Kurt Russell celebrated his birthday on March 17, 2018.

Kurt Russell turned 67 on Saint Patrick’s Day. But two posts on Instagram from longtime partner Goldie Hawn, 72, and Hawn's daughter Kate Hudson, 38, surely made his day.

The actress shared an image of her with Russell where they looked very happy together. In the caption, she shared how she felt lucky to have him.

Hudson shared an image with her stepfather on a plane smiling together. She also wished him the happiest birthday and revealed how much she loved him.

Russell and Hawn have been together for over 35 years, but they've never been married. They have one son named Wyatt, 31.

Hudson and her brother Oliver, 41, are from Hawn's earlier marriage to Bill Hudson. Last year People magazine asked Hawn what attracted her to Russell to which she said, "He was so good-looking."

The two had met while filming 1984's Swing Shift. Hawn added that what really reeled her in was watching him with her children when they would come to the set.

She was drawn to how he was with them. The actress confessed that he was amazing and very natural with them.
