Boy sings heart moving rendition of 'Hallelujah'. Then the chorus joins him and it's charming
A boy leading his group in the singing of the famous song sang the song in the most heartfelt way. His singing capabilities are quite shocking for someone so young.
But just as one thinks the performance couldn’t get any better it does as the rest of his choir joins him. According to Ms. Gabby, the boy who was leading the song was Elisha.
Many people have at heard the term and song Hallelujah. Not everyone is aware that the sing originated in the year 1741.
But George Frideric Handel’s well-known oratorio Messiah was where the first version of the famous song was sung. Since 1741, there have been numerous renditions of the gospel song.
‘Elisha, you have a dynamic voice! The choir sings so beautifully and in sync! Thank you for sharing!!’

A video that has gone viral showcases one of the greatest versions of the song yet. It is performed by the PS22 Chorus and they shared it to their official YouTube channel.
PS22 are an elementary school choir from Public School 22 in Graniteville, Staten Island. They are directed by Gregg Breinberg, and the choir is composed of between 60 to 70 students in the fourth and fifth grade.
They became famous once they began posting their songs online. Their incredible cover of Hallelujah, led by the fourth grader Elisha was absolutely amazing.
His solo vocals could move even the toughest of critics. But the rest of the group is equally as talented and the end result places their rendition as one if the best.
Their video has been viewed an incredible number of times since being posted to their channel. The post has received over 1.7 million views and counting.
