On November 18, 2017, Enrico Morini recorded a short video clip of the unnamed grandfather and his two granddaughters dancing in a busy city square.

The video soon went viral and had been viewed more than 200,000 times in the three months it's been online. Viewers are amazed by the grandfather's energetic dance moves.

As reported by Faith Tap, the crowd gathered around the square, clapping and cheering enthusiastically as the dancing team keeps pace with the music.

The trio danced to a modern pop song and gave an unforgettable performance comprised of synchronized movements and well-rehearsed choreography.

The grandfather was dressed in a black outfit with trendy sneakers and white gloves, while his granddaughters wore matching red dresses and black pants.

According to Aging Care, dancing can be beneficial and comes with several health benefits. A team of Australian researchers found that dancing can reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia.

Senior citizens are encouraged to take up regular dance classes. Not only does it increase a person's strength and balance, but it also eases knee and hip discomfort.

Dancing and aerobic routines could benefit people who suffer from chronic heart failure. The study showed that learning to waltz has the same health benefits as walking or cycling.

The Albert Einstein College of Medicine found that adults who danced regularly reduced their risk of developing dementia and create new neural pathways in the brain.

Dancing can be used as a form of therapy when treating conditions such as Parkinson's disease, dementia, asthma and even heart disease.

The Aging Care team advised readers to consult with their doctor 'before embarking on a rigorous dancing regime.'
