Internet blown away with bizarre claim that Prince Charles travels with his own toilet

Inquisitr reported that the latest unofficial biography of Prince Charles makes some outlandish claims.

Author Tom Bower’s latest book, Rebel Prince: The Power, Passion and Defiance of Prince Charles, is creating a sensation due to some of its bizarre claims.

For starters, Bower claimed that the future King of England never leaves home without his personal toilet.

The book also says that Charles and his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles, do not leave home without bringing along their favorite creature comforts.

This includes Charles’ bed, linens, whiskey bottles, artwork, and even his personal toilet seat. The staff members take these personal items to wherever the couple is staying and set them up in guest bedrooms.

The book also speaks about Charles’ relationship with Prince William’s wife, Kate Middleton. The author writes that the future King offended Kate’s mother, Carole Middleton.

Charles is said to dislike his eldest daughter-in-law’s family as he felt she and William were trying to usurp his power. William was then forced to raise the issue with Queen Elizabeth.

Charles’ son is second in line to the throne. He seems to enjoy a lot more popularity with the public when compared to Charles, who has struggled to get into the good books of the citizens after Princess Diana’s death in 1997.

His popularity took a beating when he married Camilla Parker Bowles. He cheated on Princess Diana with Camilla and the Queen is said to have shunned her after his son’s divorce and Diana’s death.

Bower claimed that Queen Elizabeth did not have a cordial relationship with Camilla and even refused to speak to her for years.

When Charles insisted that she bless him, the Queen reportedly made Charles agree to never give the title of the Queen to Camilla. Though she has not said anything about her relationship with Camilla, the two have gotten along better in recent years.

Charles has remained silent on the claims made by Bower, though sources said that he and his wife were rather amused by the book.

Buckingham Palace has not issued an official statement. However, Charles has reportedly denied the allegations made in Bower’s biography.
