Caitlyn Jenner just recently had a life-threatening health scare when she was discovered to have a cancerous tissue on her nose that would bring about severe skin cancer.

However, after having it removed in surgery, she is back to normal running errands around Malibu.

Last Friday afternoon, the 68-year-old donned a navy blue and black sweater dress as she walked in Malibu Country Mart. Just last week, the former Olympian revealed she opted to remove some skin from her nose which had been plagued with severe sun damage.

In a tight knit dress, Jenner went out carrying a black bag and sported matching black heels during her day out. On her face, she wore a pair of wayfarer shades and a pair of diamond earrings.

Evidently better, her nose seems to have healed with only a small wound left of what used to be a very large wound that covered the entire tip of her nose.

In her latest photo, Caitlyn could be seen posing with her future daughter-in-law Kaitlynn, who is getting married to her son Brody Jenner. Her wound is no longer visible, and the reality TV star is seen to be wearing make up, something she abstained from in the past week given that she was still recovering from the surgery.

"Went to my first bridal shower, for Brody's fiancé Kaitlynn Carter. I had so much fun! PS so much better than Bachelor parties!"

Just a couple of days ago, she revealed on Instagram how the surgery was successful and she was healing well.

"Hair looking great thanks to @rosy_bliss. Nose is not, but healing well!"

In another photo, she goes to explain the importance of always wearing sunblock when heading out in the sun. Wearing a robe while smiling with her bleeding nose evident, she wrote about her surgery.

"I recently had to get some sun damage removed from my nose. PSA- always wear your sunblock!"
