Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo just learned their baby's sex and share happy news via a contest
Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo announced the sex of their baby just two weeks after her brother Joseph and wife Kendra announced their pregnancy.
In an exclusive interview with People on April 9, 2018, the couple learned that they are expecting a girl. Jeremy hopes the baby looks, acts and talks like Jinger.
The young couple arranged for their friends and family to partake in an obstacle course in Laredo, Texas, on Saturday, April 7, 2018.
The participants were divided into two teams, blue and pink. Before they could start the course, the participants had to eat a single serving of ice cream.
The team who won the race could switch on a neon light which read 'baby.' When the winning team's captain flipped the switch, the word lit up in pink neon lights.
The 24-year-old mother-to-be and Jeremy, 30, can't wait to start their family and are looking forward to the arrival of their bundle of joy.
"We especially love thinking forward and realizing that she will have excellent role models in both of her grandmothers, who cannot wait to shower her with love.”

One day after Jinger learned the sex of their baby, her friends arranged a secret baby shower. Jinger was taken shopping and the bought baby clothes.
Jeremy's friends also called him and asked if he and Jinger could pick up a gender-reveal cake from their home, but the Johnson family had planned a secret party for the couple.
They were surprised with pink decor, balloons, a Mexican food truck and even a polenta cart. Jinger later told reporters that she was 'overwhelmed by the kindness' and generosity.
The baby is due in July. When Jinger announced her pregnancy on their website on January 3, 2018, she said it was a privilege to be sharing her life with her husband.
They both look forward to joys of marriage and parenthood. She added that the 'Lord's mercies are new every morning,' and she understands now how amazing their journey is.
