He might be a record-breaking singer but away from the spotlight, Rod Stewart is a devoted father to his 8 children from different women. The singer showed that side of him in a recent picture of himself and his four sons shared by his wife Penny Lancaster.
Sir Rod was seen beaming with all smiles as he posed with his four sons who ranged from 37 years to seven years while on holiday in Vancouver, Canada.
In the black and white picture, Rod was wearing a white shirt and he had his son Liam, 24, from his ex-model wife, Rachel Hunter, standing by his right and his 12-year-old son Alastair with his current wife Penny Lancaster by his left.
The youngest of the brood, Aiden, 7, who he also has with Penny was seen pulling a peace sign as his dad cuddled him close. The last of the Stewart men was the oldest Sean, aged 37 from his marriage to Alana Hamilton which happened from 1979-1984.
Rod also has a daughter but it seems it was an all-men affair as there was no female in the picture.
Sean and Liam are growing up to be like younger versions of their singer dad.
Penny, proud mother and wife, captioned the post:
‘Boys all together. #brotherhood’
The boys are currently on vacation in Vancouver and Penny has kept her 63.6k followers updated with several pictures from their fun holiday. She shared an adorable picture of the group tree-hugging at the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park.
Penny and Rod started their love journey in 1999 and tied the knot in 2007 in Italy.
After 11 years of marriage, the duo still seems very much in love with each other.
Rod recently received his knighthood from Prince William earning him the title Sir.
