'Food Network' star makes a huge announcement about his private life
Although some celebrities try to be reserved when it comes to their love life, others are just happy and decide to share everything as it comes.
According to E! News, Duff Goldman is now engaged to the love of his life, and he's not trying to hide anything from his fans.
The same outlet explained that the Food Network star announced his engagement to Johnna Colbry on Instagram on Monday, April 1, 2018.
The pastry chef explained that after waking up, and feeling like it was any other day, he began to realize that he is absolutely in love with Colbry and that he wanted to take things to the next level.
Goldman went on to compliment his now-fiancée with praises and phrases full of love on his post, which shows how in love he actually is.
The chef also admitted that he had no plans in proposing to her, claiming that it “just happened," claiming that he couldn’t have stopped himself even if he wanted to do it.
‘I asked her to marry me. She said yes. I cannot imagine a state of happiness that is more intense than whatever I'm feeling right now. My heart just might burst,’ Goldman wrote.
The 43-year-old pastry chief expressed his love for his bride-to-be. 'I love you muffin. I love every scar. I love the way you smell,' he wrote.
Sue to the fact that it wasn't a planned thing, Goldman was not able to buy a ring before the proposal, but he managed to make the best out of the situation.
‘I'm sorry I didn't have a real ring. I hope you don't mind butcher's twine, I am a chef, after all,' he added.
Goldman also shared a photo of Colbry flaunting her string ring. She also shared the news about their engagement on her Instagram account.
The lucky bride-to-be also expressed her love for the pastry chef and how excited she considering they're going to start a life together.
A couple of Food Network stars and Goldman’s fellow chefs wished the couple the best on their engagement, including co-host of The Kitchen Sunny Anderson.
