The former actress turned fashion designer was seen out and about with her husband, and they always turn heads because of their size difference.

Mary Kate Olsen and her husband, Oliver Sarkozy, attended the Take Home a Nude Art Party at Sotheby's in New York in October 2017, and once again people were focused on how small Olsen looks next to Sarkozy.

As reported by Radar Online, Sarkozy stands at 1.9m, dwarfing his wife at 1.57m. And that isn't the only difference between them. Olsen is only 31 years old, while her husband is 48.

Olsen and Sarkozy were seen holding hands at the prestigious event at Sotheby's, where they drew the attention of the media.

The fashion designer wore a black coat-dress with white button detailing and white sneakers for the evening. Her hair was braided loosely around her shoulders, and she opted to go without makeup for the evening.

Sarkozy wore an elegant dark grey suit, with a pale blue shirt and a dark tie.

The couple first met in 2012 through a mutual friend. They started dating almost immediately, and just a month later Olsen was telling friends that she was "head over heels in love" with the banker.

In March 2014, she stepped out with an engagement ring on her ring finger. The couple tied the know in November 2015 in a small, private ceremony at a private New York residence.

To this day, no photos of their nuptials have been seen by the public, as guests were forced to leave their phones at the door as they entered the venue.

Sarkozy is a French national, whose half-brother is Nicholas Sarkozy, the former President of France.

Olsen and her twin sister, Ashley, became household names in 1987 when they first appeared on Full House sharing the role of Michelle Tanner. They appeared in almost 200 episodes over the years.

After Full House, they went on to star in multiple films together, including New York Minute, It Takes Two, Our Lips Are Sealed, and Winning London.

In 2012, Mary-Kate decided to retire from acting permanently to pursue her passion in the fashio industry instead.
