The 54-year-old is a man of multiple talents.
Little People, Big World star Amy Roloff may have had an unsuccessful marriage, but she seems to have found happiness in being with her new partner, Chris Marek.
In Touch Weekly shared a few interesting facts about Marek, including his hobbies, his personal life and what his friends think of his romantic relationship with the Roloff matriarch.
Marek and Roloff recently completed one year of togetherness, and Marek had already made his commitment to her public a few months ago.
Since last December, the 54-year-old’s online relationship status officially reads 'In a Relationship.'
Since Marek lived a private life before he began dating Roloff, not much of his background is known to the public. However, he did go to Portland State University before venturing into real estate.
He went on to carve a niche for himself in real estate and has 18 years of experience in the field. With Oregon as his home ground, he recently sold a Portland house for $300,000.
Apart from real estate, Marek has always had a flair for photography and hiking. On one of his trips, he took Roloff along on a long motorcycle trip across Oregon, Washington, and Canada.
The couple got acquainted with each other in 2016 when Roloff’s marriage had fallen apart, while Marek had never been married before.
The duo went on the adventurous road trip right before Roloff became a grandmother to baby Ember Jean, the first child of her son Jeremy and his wife Audrey.
Even Marek’s friends have expressed how committed he is to Roloff, even though they are not officially engaged. One of his friends, Rick, shared that Marek was pleased with how easy the relationship with the reality star was.
Speaking of friends, Roloff also commented that while she and her ex-husband Matt had separate groups of friends, bonding mutually has been much easier with Marek.
