He went on to carve a niche for himself in real estate and has 18 years of experience in the field. With Oregon as his home ground, he recently sold a Portland house for $300,000.

Apart from real estate, Marek has always had a flair for photography and hiking. On one of his trips, he took Roloff along on a long motorcycle trip across Oregon, Washington, and Canada.

The couple got acquainted with each other in 2016 when Roloff’s marriage had fallen apart, while Marek had never been married before.

The duo went on the adventurous road trip right before Roloff became a grandmother to baby Ember Jean, the first child of her son Jeremy and his wife Audrey.
