Nick Cannon's brother stops hearts as he breaks the silence on Mariah's alleged delusional behavior
- AmoMama has just learned from 'Radar Online' that brother of rapper and longtime entertainer, Nick Cannon has been effusive in his public defense of his brother's ex-wife.
- Carey publicly announced last week that she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, only to be faced with a potential lawsuit brought against her by former manager Stella Bulochnikov.
- Bulochnikov claims the 48-year-old diva is mentally unstable and sexually harassed her but Reuben Cannon is having none of it.
It is common knowledge that Reuben Cannon, brother of TV Host, presenter, and actor, Nick Cannon is a staunch supporter of his ex-sister-in-law.
In fact, when Nick and Mariah Carey got married back in the day, Reuben had this to say:
'I think he (Nick, that is) made a great decision. It’s just a privilege to have her as part of the Cannon family. I love Mariah. Who doesn’t love Mariah Carey?'
At the time, people were confused about his comments; whether his words were just words of a loyal fan who was welcoming his favorite celebrity into his family or something more.
Back then, Nick Cannon was quick to wave off the snide comments about his brother.
However, with recent developments, I'm sure Nick himself will be beginning to consider the possibilities.
Reuben Cannon has been profusely backing and defending Mariah Carey in recent press.
Allegations that Carey suffered a delusional breakdown that led to a hospitalization in 2016 recently surfaced and the way Reuben has been publicly rooting for her, one would be forgiven for thinking there was something between the pair.
Speaking exclusively to Radar Online, the younger Cannon brother who is trying to build his own career in music said:
'Mariah is not crazy! I’ve known Mariah for so long, and she is the mother of my niece and nephew. She is a great mother and she is a great person'.
'Mariah helped me get my start and she was one of the first people to give me a chance when no one else would. And it is not because she was married to my brother,' he continued.
Sure seems fishy!
