The reality star talked about his profession when the show had just begun in 2010 and stated that he worked in online ad sales. However, the 49-year-old had remained vague about the nature of his job and hadn't gave away much details.
There has been no records of him working anywhere else since then. And the Bricksoft company, where he claimed to have worked, is now defunct, as per the source. That means that Kody does not hold any job at the present.

The 39-year-old wife of Kody revealed that she has the support of his other wives in running the store. It has, in fact, helped them bond the five of them, she further claimed.

On top of that, the family also has the food storage and real estate business of Janelle, the second wife of Kody. She ran E Z Pantry in Utah and aimed to 'provide, market, design, sell, or trade in the food storage industry.'
When the family moved to Las Vegas to avoid polygamy related legal issues, Janelle began working as a real estate agent.
