Shemar Moore melts hearts as he shares rare video of him celebrating his bday with his special ones

- AmoMama has just learned from Instagram that the American actor and model, Shemar Moore has just recently celebrated his birthday and it was a really beautiful affair.

- Shemar Moore who just days ago, turned 48 had a lot surprises in store for and one of them was the celebration the other cast members of the American television series, 'S.W.A.T' organized for him.

- Moore also celebrated the 48th anniversary of his birth with his family and he took to Instagram to show his happiness with numerous post which fans totally liked.

Shemar Moore is a 48-year-old American actor and fashion model.

As an actor, he is probably most famous for his role as Malcolm Winters on the American television soap opera, 'The Young and the Restless', a role he played for about 9 years.

For his role as Malcolm, Moore won seven NAACP Image Awards and one Daytime Emmy Award.

Another series he is quite popular for is CBS's American police procedural crime drama television series, 'Criminal Minds' in which he acted as Derek Morgan for another nine years.

From 2002 up until 2003, he was the lead in the television series 'Birds of Prey'.

More recently, last year, Moore was given the lead role as Sergeant II Daniel 'Hondo' Harrelson on the American crime drama television series, 'S.W.A.T'.

Well, Shemar is definitely living the life and he looks just as handsome and fit as ever.

Just recently, days ago on the 20th of April, he celebrated his 48th birthday and he does not look a day over 30 as he looks so fit with his muscles so toned and defined.

Moore certainly had a lot of fun on his birthday as a lot of surprises came his way.

One surprise was the birthday party the other cast members of 'S.W.A.T' threw for him and it certainly looked like a lot of fun in the video he posted his Instagram page.

Apparently, Moore also had a birthday mate on the set of 'S.W.A.T', a woman, Anastasia, who he put on his shoulders while they both showed the peace sign.

In his captions, he wrote
