Measuring one's blood pressure regularly and studying everything about high blood pressure is crucial in order to stay healthy.

Sometimes, doctors and healthcare professionals will dismiss early symptoms, but here are some of them that everyone should care about.

The first symptom would be nosebleeds, which usually get quickly dismissed by medical workers, but could indicate bleeding disorders or high blood pressure.

Mild symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, shortness of breath, and overall fatigue can be present as early signs of this condition, and anyone feeling them for too long should seek help from a doctor.

Headaches could also be a sign, as waves of intense headaches can occur sporadically when facing the early stages of high blood pressure.

Although is not a symptom per se, obesity can severely affect high blood pressure. A person carrying extra weight could be less physically active, risking high blood pressure and diabetes in the process.
