Abby Lee Miller reportedly struggles with cancer battle as chemo is allegedly not working
Abby Lee Miller caused a stir in the entertainment industry when she reported she was battling cancer. Now AmoMama reveals that the future may be bleak for the Dance Moms star. As reported by Radar.
Former Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller has been battling Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma for months now and she seems to have hit a rock. The treatments were not as successful as her doctor had hoped, something that has no doubt scared the star. A source close to Miller says she “can’t stop crying.”
While the thought of treatment not working is scary, the doctors are waiting to for results so they can decide the next step as the insider told Radar. “They are not sure she is going to recover from or make it at this point. It is so bad. They are waiting for tests results to come back and then they would know more.”
Miller, who was incarcerated in FCI Victorville for fraud reportedly plans to sue the prison. “She complained for months in prison about the pain,” a source said. “The staff and teams there wouldn’t allow her medical treatment.” The longer she complained, the source added, the more the staff at the facility thought she was “being a drama queen” trying to get out of jail.
Another source close to the star revealed that she is getting her affairs in order.
“Abby Lee’s deciding who gets what in her will. She made a few friends in prison and she’d like to reward them. It’s a very sad, scary time for Abby Lee. She never felt so alone!”
In a recent post, a bedridden Miller thanked her fans and those who leaped into action in time. “So much more I wish I could say…… about how quickly your life can change at the hands of others. Thanks for prayers and love!”
Miller was sentenced to one year and a day in jail in June 2016 for failing to report international monetary transaction and failing to disclose assets when she filed for bankruptcy. She was released into a half-way house in Van Nuys, California on March 27.
