Halle Berry showed off her timeless beauty while sitting by the beach in a long and flowy black dress. 


Halle Berry has maintained her covetable physique ever since she entered the industry, and it happened with a lot of hardwork and dedication. 

Harper's Bazaar was able to uncover how Berry keeps herself fit despite everything she needs to do. 

First, Halle sticks to an intensely strict sugar-free and bread-free diet after she was diagnosed with diabetes when she was only 19-years-old. The actress chooses to follow a clean diet consisting of vegetables and salads, and drinking a whole lot of water every single day. 


Halle shares "fitness friday" advice to her 2.8 million followers on Instagram, where she shares a bit of her fitness regimen every week. 

Berry has also shared that her health is the way it is due to bone broth, one of her "secret weapons". She generously shared the recipe to this secret weapon on Instagram that you can read below. 


"I also want to share one of my secret weapons that I think has helped me defy my age and look and feel younger than my years. The secret is Bone Broth! It’s made with bones that are simmered for at least 8 hours. I like to slow cook my bones in my crock pot for 24 hours. The purpose is to cook the bones until they produce gelatin collagen and trace minerals that support the immune system and helps with the development of healthy joints, bones, ligaments and tendons as well as hair and SKIN!
