Carrie Underwood made a stunning appearance on the red carpet during 2018 CMT Music Awards event held at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.

Amid a host of the biggest names in country music, Underwood set quite a unique style statement with her sparkling yellow mini dress with ornate beading.

According to Daily Mail, Underwood's form-fitting dress flaunted her well-maintained physique and showed off her slender legs.

The sensational 'plunging thigh-skimming number' also featured shoulder pads for dramatic effect and accentuated her charismatic outlook.

She allowed her blond locks to fall loosely around her shoulders and put on subtle makeup to complete her glamorous look.

Underwood accessorized herself with some silver ankle-strap heels that further enhanced her ravishing presence on the red carpet.

Her husband, 38-year-old Mike Fisher, accompanied her on the red carpet. He complimented Underwood's glamorous outfit with a sleek grey blazer, a pair of dark trousers, and a black T-shirt.

The online source also suggested that Underwood seemed to have recovered from 'a nasty fall' at her home in November last year, which required her to have 40 stitches in her face.

With 17 previous wins and nominations in three categories, everyone expected Underwood to make history by winning her 18th CMT Music Awards, and she did.

CBS News reported that true to everyone's expectation, she won her 18th trophy for the female video of the year for her Ludacris-assisted song, The Champion.

Some other famous names including Grammy winner Kelly Clarkson, Lindsay Vonn, and Chrissy Metz also graced the event with their presence.

Furthermore, country legends like Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, Kelsea Ballerini, Sam Hunt, and Luke Bryan performed during the show.
