Ashanti flaunts major curves in blue, velvet dress in recent photos

Singer and songwriter Ashanti took to Instagram to share her incredible physique in a blue velvet dress that attracted a lot of sights.

In the image, the 37-year-old woman was posing in front of a wooden wall with her legs crossed. Her gown was the highlight of the picture as its design was unconventional yet stylish.

It was a form-fitted mid-length dress which only one of the sleeves was long, and the other one had no sleeve at all. Apart from its striking color and fabric, the aspect that attracted more sights of the dress was the Chanel logo by the shoulder.

As soon as she uploaded that photo, her fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

One of them was Instagram user Frederick von Steele Jr., who pointed out that Ashanti was a ‘truly captivating beauty.' User @osceotis5700 chimed in and said that the singer looked gorgeous all the time and urged her to keep doing so.

Ashanti’s ex-partner rapper Nelly, who was in a relationship with the singer for almost ten years, has been in the middle of the spotlight recently as he was accused by a woman of allegedly raping her.

According to Hollywood Life, in 2015, Ashanti said that Nelly betrayed her. During an interview she had in the Meredith Viera Show, she pointed out that people’s insecurities made them act out of character.

Even though Ashanti never named Nelly, it was clear that the message for was him. The singer later remarked that she was betrayed and that people should grow up and accept responsibilities for the things they do.

Finally, Ashanti revealed that she didn’t like people being cowards and that it was important for them to know themselves and understand what they want and how to get it.
