'Fixer Upper' star Joanna Gaines gives birth to her fifth child
Joanna and Chip Gaines, who used to star on Fixer Upper, are the proud parents of baby number five, something they have been dreaming of for the past nine months.
Although the name of the child is yet to be revealed, it is known that Joanna gave birth to a healthy baby boy this Saturday, June 23, 2018, and the Gaines couldn't be happier.
Immediately after the birth, Chip took to his Twitter page to share the wonderful news with his thousands of fans and followers, including friends and family.
The new baby boy will now be joining 13-year-old Drake, 11-year-old Ella, 9-year-old Duke and 8-year-old Emmie Kay, who eagerly await to meet their sibling
The announcement of Joanna's pregnancy arrived in January when the couple posted a photo on Instagram of Joanna caressing Chip's engorged belly while displaying her baby bump under a gray hoodie
To explain how the pregnancy came to be, Chip made use of his great humor as he revealed that it was all thanks to a Johnnyswim concert.
"You might recall a few months back.. the ever amazing, ever romantic Johnnyswim was in Waco. And they put on a little too romantic of a concert.. anyways, one thing led to another, & we are officially pregnant. And I could not be more excited!"

According to People, the Gaines couple found a way to share the parenting duties. Chip was always responsible for rocking the babies to sleep, Joanna had her doubts regarding the diapering, arguing that they would have to go over the subject again.
Eight years have passed since Joanna had a baby, which made her very excited because it gives her an opportunity to find and try all the new baby products on the market that didn't exist back then.
Chip and Joanna recently celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary and shared a sweet photo of the former Fixer Upper stars on their wedding day, riding what seems to be a carriage with the words 'just married' on it.
