Joanna Gaines shares cutest picture of kids waiting to meet their new baby brother

Chip and Joanna Gaines, the famous duo from HGTV's hit show Fixer Upper, have welcomed their fifth baby and their other children couldn't wait to meet their brother.

Joanna gave birth to Crew Gaines, as the couple decided to name him, on Saturday, June 23, 2018, the first baby that the TV personality had in the past eight years.

In order to show the world how anxious the Gaines family was to greet Crew, Joanna shared a sweet photo of her children listening behind the door with her fans and followers on Instagram.

In the snap, which, according to the Joanna, was taken by an unidentified friend of hers, 13-year-old Drake, 11-year-old Ella, 9-year-old Duke and 8-year-old Emmie Kay are all gathered in front of the door of the maternity room

But that wasn't the only photo that appeared in the star's social media page. The others showed several moments following Crews arrival, with the main one depicting a proud Joanna watching her baby boy sleep from the hospital bed.

There were also pictures showing the Gaines children gathered around their mother as Chip, wearing a backward hat and in a relaxed pose, watched them ask her all sorts of questions.

Crews first photograph is one that will be treasured by the couple for the rest of their lives, as it shows the baby boy resting on Joanna's chest while she hugs him.

Although it isn't certain, it could be speculated that the picture was taken right after the birth considering that the doctors and nurses' arms can be seen on each side of the bed.

The name chosen for the baby was unexpected since Chip and Joanna had previously gone with names starting with the letter 'E' for the girls and 'D' for the boys. In fact, Chip asked a very special fan for help in that department.

In March, the Fixer Upper star met Gage Spurlock, a little boy with osteogenesis imperfecta, who suggested that the couple should name their new baby 'Dragon,' which made Chip laugh.
