Nervous man stuns judges with powerful voice

31-year-old Stephen Barry was nervous when he began his performance but stunned the judges and audience with his rendition of Somewhere from West Side Story.

Barry appeared as a participant on Ireland’s Got Talent, and the video of his performance was shared on YouTube on February 17, 2018, by a channel named How Talented.

The Got Talent franchise has achieved success all over the world with shows in America, Britain, Russia, and India trying to find the next talented performer.

The show in Ireland has also been a hit with the Stephen Barry impressing the judges with his singing.

The singer has a unique voice which touched a chord with the judges and audience. Many would think a soft tone with a powerful voice is a difficult combination

However, Barry demonstrated what that sounds like and how beautiful it is. He had chosen the perfect song for the competition, though he was nervous right at the start.

He knew he could not turn back at that moment as he stepped on the stage with a microphone in hand. He did not allow his nervous feelings to get the better of him.

He sang with his heart, which helped him make a lasting impression with his performance.

It seemed like he was building his courage as he continued singing. The judges could not resist the temptation of grasping each other’s hands and swaying during the performance.

Barry’s choice of song for the evening was Somewhere from the musical West Side Story. His power vocals did justice to the song.

He was a natural, singing the song with ease and power. He even stepped down from the stage and interacted with the judges during his performance that left Michelle Visage roaring with laughter.

As he walked across the stage, he was an ordinary man who was nervous about performing in front of hundreds. When he had finished singing, he was transformed into a star who was comfortable standing there.

All the four judges sprang to their feet applauding his brilliant performance.
