Joanna Gaines shares sweet new photo with baby Crew

The star of Fixer Upper, Joanna Stevens Gaines, is now a proud mother of her son, Crew, her fifth baby with husband, Chip Gaines.

The reality star shared a new photo with her baby on Instagram, on June 25, 2018, a couple of days after the couple added a new member to their clan.

Chip and Joanna Gaines expanded their brood by adding another son recently. The couple shared the moments with their fans by sharing pictures on social media.

The 40-year-old star, Joanna, shared a selfie of her fifth child, who was born two and a half weeks earlier than expected.

Father, Chip Gaines, announced the arrival of their new baby via Twitter, ‘And then there were 5. The Gaines crew is now 1 stronger! 10 beautiful toes and 10 beautiful fingers all accounted for, and big momma is doing great!’

It was only later that the fans realized Chip had revealed the name of the new child – Crew.

New mother Joanna shared some emotional, love-filled moments with her infant, who looked perfectly at peace.

She captioned the photo on Instagram, ‘Cuddle bug’ and added a smiley at the end. The baby can be seen cozying up in the warmth of her neck.

She had earlier posted an adorable photo of Crew’s anxious big brothers and sisters wandering outside the birthing room door, listening patiently for the first sounds and sight of their brother.

In another picture, Crew is lying on a tiny baby bed as the mother looks at her son lovingly. She wrote that the couple ‘couldn’t be more in love.’

She added that he had made an unexpected and speedy entrance into the world. She also thanked her fans for their thoughts and prayers.

Many have noted that the infant’s name is a departure from the family tradition of ‘D’ names for the boys. Crew’s elder brothers are named Duke and Drake.
