Famous 80's supermodel shows off her bikini body at 63 years old

80’s supermodel and reality star Janice Dickinson flaunted her toned physique in a matching bikini at the beach on the Fourth of July.

The 63-year-old did not let her age define her as she confidently paraded on the beach in Los Angeles on Independence Day as paparazzi took snaps of her enjoying some downtime.

Dickinson was seen wearing a black and white striped bikini and matching bottoms with black ribbon ties on both sides. Her dark hair flowed freely as it was worn down and the star protected her eyes with a pair of white sunglasses.

Despite being a mother to a 31-year-old son and 24-year-old daughter, the famous model looked youthful revealing her flat tummy, well-sculpted arms, and long legs.

In the past, Dickinson has always been vocal about her eating habits and a healthy lifestyle. In fact, she admitted that she likes to be very obsessive when it comes to exercising.

In an interview with Celebs Now, she revealed how much effort she puts into staying fit and suggested that she works out every single day. She also shared how she likes to do various exercises to stay in shape, including yoga, hiking, and swimming.

She said during the 2012 interview, “I love my body, but it’s a compulsive obsession. I have to make sure I exercise.”

As for her eating habits, Dickinson shared that she only eats organic food and added, “I eat steamed fish, chicken and turkey, plus salads, carrot juice and supplements.”

Aside from exercising and eating right, the supermodel also confessed that she has resorted to going under the knife to keep her well-toned physique.

As per Daily Mail, Dickinson confirmed that she had done procedures like a face-lift, tummy tuck, Botox, and Restylane injections.
