Child star from the 90's looks unrecognizable in mugshot after arrest
Former child actor Shaun Weiss can’t stay away from prison. On Saturday, he was arrested for public intoxication.
This wasn’t the first time the actor was arrested according to TMZ. A recent mug shot showed how much the star had changed as he’s almost unrecognizable.
Shaun Weiss, 38, is well known for playing the goalkeeper Goldberg in The Mighty Ducks. On Saturday, he got arrested in Oroville, Northern California.
Oroville is about an hour north of Sacramento. According to a statement released by the Oroville Public Safety Department on Monday, Weiss “was arrested for being under the influence of drugs.”

The police gave him a break after he spent a few hours in the drunk tank. It’s been reported that he was released and not cited.
His mug shot showed him looking rugged and older than his years with a beard. This wasn’t the first time that the actor has had a brush with the law.
Weiss was also arrested a year ago for possession of methamphetamine. That arrest came just 5 days after he'd been sentenced to 150 days in jail.
The 150-day jail sentence came about after Weiss was accused of stealing $151 worth of products from an electronics store. Weiss ended up serving only 12 days due to overcrowding.
At the time, his manager, Don Gibble, said he had hoped jail would help Weiss get himself on a more productive path in life. Weiss had steady work starring in Heavyweights, Freaks and Geeks, The King of Queens, and The Tony Danza Show after the 3 Mighty Ducks films.
However, he’s been out of work for a couple years since his last acting job.
