Carrie Underwood shows off baby bump for the first time
The 35-year-old singer and songwriter Carrie Underwood was at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee, yesterday and flaunted her baby bump.
She shared the photo with her 7.6 million Instagram followers and simply captioned it, "[At] Opry," with three heart emojis. The snapshot received nearly 200,000 likes in a few hours.
Underwood performed with Oak Ridge Boys, Runaway June, and Ricky Skaggs, on Friday evening. Read more on our Twitter account, @amomama_usa.
The Oak Ridge Boys also shared a group photo on Twitter, and Underwood can be seen wearing an elegant a lilac-colored dress with a high-waisted belt.
The photo followed just three days after Underwood announced her pregnancy on Instagram. The first video clip of the three-slide post contained details of her upcoming tour.
In the second clip, Underwood explained that the tour is scheduled for 2019 because she and husband Mike Fisher are "excited to be adding another little fish to our pond."
The camera then zoomed out to show Underwood sitting on a couch with pink balloons spelling out the word "baby" behind her.
Underwood was dressed in pink while sitting on a pink couch with pink curtains in the background and fans are taking it a subtle clue that the singer is expecting a baby girl.
Twitter user Linsay Ann used the hashtag "pink everything," while Taste of Country wanted to know if the all-pink set was a coincidence.
Fans of Underwood can look forward to her upcoming "Cry Pretty Tour 360" and tickets will go on sale as soon as this month.
