Tamar Braxton sets record straight on relationship status with Vince Herbert

Tamar Braxton is finally letting the world know the status quo when it comes to her relationship with estranged husband, Vince Herbert. There have been tell-tale signs already, but just in case anyone wasn’t convinced, here it is from Tamar herself.

"The Shade Room" shared a screenshot of Tamar’s reply to a fan who wanted to know if she and Vince were still together.

The Instagram user asked:

“U still with that dude Vince #askingforafriend”

And Tamar promptly replied:

“#tellyafriendnaw”

Cracks began to appear in the marriage of the “Tamar & Vince” co-stars as far back as 2016. Vince was reported to be cheating, and his mother-in-law, Evelyn Braxton, also accused him of being violent with her daughter, Tamar.

Although their divorce hasn’t been finalized, the estranged couple has been taking steps towards going their separate ways. They recently sold their Los Angeles family home for $9.25million.

Tamar, who shares a son, Logan, with her husband of almost ten years seems to be moving on as she was spotted recently with a mystery man.

Meanwhile, that’s not the only record Tamar is setting straight. The former “The Real” host outed the network in charge of their family’s reality show, claiming that the studio forced them to fake family conflicts for the sake of ratings:

“We STARTED having major OVER THE TOP family issues because some network wanted to compete with old love and hip hop numbers, And felt that our family was to “perfect” and un relatable? (That’s another story)…But only to realize that our problems are JUST like everyone else’s… AND this BLACK FAMILY IS FINE THE WAY WE ARE!!!!”

Reports indicate that the Braxton sisters and their mother are not happy with the current contract for “Braxton Family Values” and have refused to shoot the second half of season six. They are demanding an increase in their salary, wardrobe and travel budgets.

In an interesting twist, however, WeTV is said to be spinning the entire controversy as a part of the show’s storyline.
