Drake allegedly canceled concert to visit 11-year-old girl at the hospital
Monday was supposed to be a tour date for Drake’s Aubrey and the Three Migos concert but he canceled the show. Instead, the star went to go see one of his fans in hospital.
Sofia Sanchez is a little girl who is currently fighting for her life in Chicago. She also happens to be a big fan of Drake’s and wished to see him on her birthday.
Sofia Sanchez, 11, had a birthday on Saturday. She was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and underwent open-heart surgery last month.
The little girl has been waiting for a heart transplant at Lurie Children's Hospital. Two of her birthday wishes was to get the transplant and meet Drake.

Drake saw Sanchez's version of his “In My Feelings” challenge on YouTube and decided to visit her before leaving Chicago. A video showed the little girl screaming "OH MY GOD!" when Drake appeared from behind a curtain in her hospital room.
"You asked me to come, I'm here," said the rapper "What's up?"
Sanchez is star struck for a few seconds but snaps out of it when the musician asks what she's watching on her laptop. He then gives her a warm hug.

An Instagram clip published by Sanchez's uncle revealed that Drake said, "I'm so happy I got to see you!.... I called and cancelled a concert so I could come and see you, to be honest with you."
Images of the two posing for pictures were also attached to the uncle’s Instagram. According to hospital staff, the pair ended up exchanging autographs and talking about things like Justin Bieber, Drake's dogs, and basketball.
They also sang "God's Plan" together and took many selfies.
"The Canadian Rap star was generous with his time," wrote Lurie Children's Hospital on YouTube. "Sofia said meeting him 'was a miracle' and it was her best birthday gift ever."
Drake’s Monday tour date which was scheduled to take place at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena might be rescheduled to Thursday. Live Nation Ontario shared that tickets would be honored for the new date when it’s announced.
