Lopez said it'd been an incredible journey the past two decades and she worked hard to reach new heights and milestones. She added:
"But it wasn't until I had two little angels come into my life, that everything changed. I knew I had to be better; I had to go harder, I had to be stronger than I had been before."
She said it's that unconditional love that her career and life became clearer. That devotion leads up to this point in her life, and she credits her twins for it.
"So thank you, Max and Emme. There's so much more to do, and I know in my heart that the future is even brighter than anything I could accomplish up to now because of you."
She also thanked Rodrigues for supporting her throughout everything and being by her side every step of the way.
According to Lopez, they are twin souls, and she knows she can reach even greater heights knowing that her family will always be there for her.
Lopez also gave a spectacular performance at the VMAs that included hits like "Jenny From The Block," "Get On The Floor," and "Love Don't Cost A Thing."
