Father sees scary video from baby's room where daughter slept alone: 'I just froze'

A mysterious light floating near a baby's crib has left a father very frightened of what may be living in the house with him and his family.

31-year-old Stephen Armstrong was getting ready for bed when he happened to look at the baby monitor on his nightstand and saw a bright light to the side of his daughter's, Ella, cot.

The video was uploaded to Youtube, where it has been seen by several people. Armstrong doesn't know what the light is but he fears that it might be dangerous.

FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN

But that curiosity can take us through dark and scary paths. In Armstrong's case, he said that he was so scared of what he saw in the baby monitor that he just 'froze.'

According to the father from Blyth, in Northumberland, his 13-month-old daughter was peacefully sleeping in her crib when the orb appeared and started swaying from side to side.

TOO SCARED TO ACT

As much as he wanted to get up and go to Ella's room to see what was happening, Armstrong just couldn't move out of fear. Eventually, he managed to muster the courage to go investigate.

When he opened the door to Ella's room, there was nothing going on and everything was in place. But even though everything seemed normal, what the what the camera captured kept him awake that night.

ANOTHER OCCURRENCE

This wasn't the first time that something odd happened at the house. Armstrong revealed that he once found a mysterious doll in Ella's room that he had never seen before.

He brushed it off, but never forgot about it; worried, he turned to Sammy Rawlinson, a medium and paranormal investigator who told him that the orb was probably a spirit, 'someone visiting the child from the other side.'

HAUNTED SCHOOL

They will now check for the birthdays of those who have passed this month in order to find out who the spirit might be, although it can also be a pet. For those who believe in the supernatural, spirits are everywhere.

Recently, the video of a school being haunted has gone viral on the internet. In the footage, several lockers, a door and a 'wet floor' sign can all be seen being tampered with by a disembodied force but no one knows who or what it is.
