Prince George melts hearts at the wedding of his godmother with cute antics

Sophie Carter's wedding attended by her royal friends and godson.

Kate Middleton and Sophie Carter have been friends for many years.

A DEEP FRIENDSHIP

The two shared birthday celebrations and tending public events together such as Wimbledon.

They have also joined the Cambridges' on ski vacations, accompanying Kate to church with Queen at Sandringham.

Carter also dated Charlotte’s godfather, Thomas van Straubenzee one of Prince William’s close friends.

Carter is one of Princess Charlotte’s godparent, daughter to Prince William and Kate Middleton.

She was also present at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s royal wedding in May.

SOPHIE’S WEDDING

Saturday Sophie Carter married Robert Snuggs at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Norfolk was attended by members of the royal family.

ATTENDANCE

In royal attendance were Prince William, Princess Kate, and their eldest two children, while five-month-old Prince Louis was absent.

Prince William reportedly arrived with friends.

Princess Kate arrived with her eldest two children, in what is said to be a farmer’s truck decorated with flowers and ribbons.

The kids were adorned in traditional bridal wear from label Amaia Kids.

GEORGE

Charlotte as bridesmaid and George as pageboy completed their wedding hat-trick, after previously playing the roles in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding, also the wedding of Pippa and James Matthews, and now Sophie Carter's wedding.

Five-year-old George in his collarless white shirt, sky-blue knickerbockers, white stockings and white loafers color coordinated with his mother in style.

They were reportedly well behaved and George could later be seen dashing around the churchyard, seemingly in a playful mood.

A source tells The Sun:

“George was having a great time, running around like the leader of the pack. He was loving his responsibility and played up to the crowd. At one point everyone chuckled as he began marching about. Charlotte wasn’t enjoying being the center of attention quite so much.”

It was a private affair and official photos have not yet been released.

Being royalty can make it difficult to maintain an ordinary life. According to reports both Kate Middleton and Prince William do everything possible to make sure their children have as much of a normal life as possible.
