NeNe Leakes’ reveals who was her date for Eva Marcille’s wedding

NeNe Leakes showed up at Eva Marcille's wedding with another man on her side. She revealed who he was recently and even shared a photo of the two of them.

News of Eva Marcille’s weekend wedding to Michael Sterling hit headlines this week and her co-stars in “Real Housewives of Atlanta” were there to witness the event. Among them was NeNe Leakes whose date wasn’t her husband Gregg Leakes but someone else.

NeNe’s husband was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and he just had a surgery last month. As he recovers, NeNe opened up to her fans about the stress she’s been under while caring for Gregg. This weekend, she tweeted and asked if it was normal for people who are sick to be mean and added,

“They talk mean to the person that’s helping? So stressful.”

Fans weighed in on her question and empathized with her. It’s quite understandable that NeNe would feel a little frustrated. It’s not easy being a caregiver which could really take a toll on someone who’s worried too about the health of their loved one. NeNe admitted to Bossip earlier this month that Gregg’s diagnosis has really had a big impact on their life.

“The Big C came into our lives — cancer — and it really just changed our entire lives. We were shocked to know that he had cancer and it’s been a tough experience.”

It’s a good thing then that NeNe found the time to take a break from caregiving and attend Eva’s wedding this weekend. It’s understandable that Gregg wasn’t able to join her so Nene decided to bring another date. She revealed this through an Instagram post on the wedding day posing with the man she identified using his Instagram handle @b_maloof who happens to be a friend. No further details were provided regarding how they’re friends but NeNe was clearly grateful to him for agreeing to be her date as she indicated in her post’s caption.

NeNe’s other co-stars Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams, and Cynthia Bailey were also at the wedding in support of Eva who’s now a full-time cast member of “RHOA” in the show’s upcoming season. In fact, her wedding will reportedly be one of the highlights of the show’s season finale.

Eva is currently on her honeymoon. She posted a photo to mark the day she flew out to Munich to spend some quality time with her husband. She provided no further details about the trip much like her wedding. Eva has not yet released any photos from her wedding day which leaves fans still guessing what the day was like.
