A couple’s relationship is put to the test when a man’s girlfriend gets a $119k bid on eBay.

Dale Leeks, a known prankster, decided to get back at his girlfriend, Kelly Greaves after she jokingly whipped him across the butt at a horse riding shop. And he came up with the perfect plan for revenge.

He put her picture up on eBay and offered her to takers like a used commodity. He described her as a “miniature collectible” that made a “constant whining noise.” He wittingly added that her “rear end leaks a bit but nothing that can’t be plugged.”He warned buyers that she was “fairly tidy but close up shows no sings of wear” and that she has “no serious damage” but “she’s been used.”

Leeks, in fact, showed the ad to Greaves who was in stitches but didn’t mind one bit. They proceeded with their dinner plans not knowing the ad would receive a tremendous response later. At dinner, Leeks’ phone kept buzzing from notifications of bids from all over the world – Europe, the United States, and Australia.

The next morning, the couple woke up to an astounding $50,000 bid. Hours later, it reached $119,000, right before eBay took down the ad that went against their policy of selling human body parts.

While his wife’s ad earned bids, Leeks also received hilarious comments requesting to “take her out for a test drive” and demanding “close-up pictures of the body work.”

It was certainly something the couple could simply laugh about but later wondered about too. Would Leeks actually have sold her if the ad wasn’t taken down? When Greaves asked him about him, he first said no, then reconsidered.

“When it was going up to ($170,000) in a day, I said, ‘I’m not going to lie, I would have been quite sad to see you go, but it wouldn’t have been so sad ‘cause I would have been crying in my Ferrari or my Lamborghini.”

If Leeks was any other guy and if Greaves hadn’t been friends with him for ten years before they became a couple, she would probably have taken that response against him. However, Greaves knows him too well to know it was a joke.

Meanwhile, another boyfriend decided to prank his girlfriend by spiking her soda with vinegar to find out how she’d react. He placed the vinegar into her soda while she stepped away and when she returned, he prepared to document her taking a sip of it. As she does, her face contorts and she starts coughing and spitting. Her reaction was what her boyfriend expected but it still gave him the laugh of his life.
