Gabby Sidibe shares a photo with Nicole Ari Parker looking lovely as ever, and she called her "her wife". The photo comes just in time for the actress' birthday, in which Gabby wanted to shower her with praises.

Everybody knows that Gabby Sidibe has been an "Empire" regular, and now that Nicole Ari Parker has been promoted as a regular cast member, the two have gotten extremely close.

This explains why during Parker's birthday, her co-star felt the need to share a sweet lengthy post about her. In the Instagram post, the two of them smiled for a selfie while looking glamorous as ever, with Nicole sporting a gray v-neck gown and a matching furry jacket, and Gabby sporting a white dress shirt.

The two friends looked absolutely stunning for their hangout, as Nicole placed a hand over Gabby's shoulder which signifies their tight bond not just as co-workers but as friends.

According to Gabby, Nicole is "fun, smart, thoughtful, and bananas". As for how she is in real life, Gabby says Nicole is "ridiculous", and she enjoys it very much.

Sidibe has a knack for calling others her family members despite them not being truly related by blood. In a recent photo with her cat, she called him her "son". The actress adopted a cat instead of the usual dog recently and the two have been inseparable since then.

Now, she called Nicole her "wife", which proves that sometimes, relationships don't have to be taken too seriously and you can always treat others as part of your family even if that is not the case legally.
