The occasion was hosted by Queen Elizabeth II, who shone in a long-sleeved white gown, to mark the King and Queen of the Netherlands' two-day UK visit. Around 150 guests were invited to the grand dinner.

She wore the Boucheron Honeycomb Tiara, which was given to her by the Queen. That piece was the favorite of the Queen Mother before Her Majesty inherited it in 2002.

Camilla also wore her royal sash, which is presented by the Queen to relatives in the royal family for their service.

The Duchess of Cornwall stepped out in a navy dress coat to welcome the King and Queen of the Netherlands before the dinner. She completed her look with a pair of court shoes from Sole Bliss.

Camilla wasn't the only attendee to shine at the lavish state banquet. Kate Middleton looked incredible in a blue Alexander McQueen gown. She also dazzled in a diamond tiara that belonged to Princess Diana.

The Duchess of Cambridge paid tribute to her late mother-in-law by wearing Diana's Collingwood pearl earrings and Queen Alexandra's wedding gift necklace.

Meanwhile, Camilla’s staggering appearance in a crown-like tiara came after the report that she would become Queen by law when the Queen dies.

Whether she likes it or not, the Duchess of Cornwall will be Queen Consort, according to a professor of public law at the University of Oxford.
