Tia and Tamera Mowry share sweet photos with their brothers and mom on her 62nd birthday

Tia and Tamera Mowry, best known for “Sister, Sister,” took to Instagram to share a couple of photos of their mother, Darlene, on her 62nd birthday.

The first one that Tia uploaded on Instagram showed her, her children Cree and Cairo, her brothers, her husband, and Darlene flashing their smiles at the camera in what seemed to be her birthday celebration.

For the caption, the actress wrote: “The crew!” followed by a heart emoji. As soon as she uploaded that pic, her followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

PEOPLE’S REACTION

Most of them were grateful with Tia for sharing such a special moment, while others pointed out that Darlene “doesn’t age” and that Tia and Tamera looked just like their beautiful mother.

Later, Tia uploaded another photo showing Darlene holding Cairo in her arms. Both of them were looking to the side, something that made the moment more special. In the caption, the actress revealed that her brother, Tahj, took the photo.

TAMERA’S POST

Tamera apparently couldn’t attend the birthday celebration as she was nowhere to be seen in Tia’s posts. However, she took her time to honor her mother on social media by posting a “Flashback Friday” photo to Darlene’s 60th birthday.

In it, Darlene was in the middle of her four children rocking a beautiful black dress while Tia, Tahj, Tamera, and Tavior – the fourth Mowry sibling – were posing for the picture. One of the most striking features about it was how similar all of them looked.

DIGGING INTO DARLENE’S LIFE

Darlene was born on October 25, 1956, and, after meeting Timothy Mowry at high-school, she followed his military path and earned the rank of Sergeant. The couple’s four children are somehow related to the entertainment industry (actors, hosts, etc.).

At the moment, Darlene works as an executive producer and has worked in movies like “Double Wedding,” “The Poof Point,” and “Seventeen Again,” reported It Is Weird.

Live Ramp Up revealed that Darlene has faced a couple of death rumors recently. Of course, all of them are fake as she is living her best life. Now that there is a new baby in the family (Cairo, almost six months old), Darlene is very likely to be enjoying her grandmother role at its best.
