Malcolm-Jamal Warner melts hearts with adorable photos from his 'daughter's 2nd Halloween'
Malcolm Jamal-Warner is a proud dad in recent photos shared to celebrate his daughter’s second Halloween. Scroll down for the adorable pictures.
Taking to Instagram, Warner, who is best known for playing Theo Huxtable on “The Cosby Show,” updated followers on how his Halloween holiday went.
According to him, he missed the big Halloween party but was still able to make it up with his baby girl yesterday.
The extremely private actor shared photos of his daughter in her Halloween costume. Warner is yet to reveal his daughter’s name and her face, but she cut an adorable figure in her elephant costume.
In one of the pictures, the little one was being guided by adults in similar costumes. The grown-ups are probably Warner and his wife, whose face and name are yet to be also revealed.
In another photo, Warner’s daughter enjoys some playtime with colorful balls on the grass.
The 48-year-old dad wrote in the caption:
“My daughter's 2nd Halloween. I missed the big family Halloween party w all of her cousins and aunts over the weekend, but a good time was had by the 3 of us today. Even the pumpkin played dress up. I think it was supposed to be a Spider! Peace and Blessings. I hope everyone had a safe night!”
Although Warner is very intent on protecting his family’s privacy, the father-of-one does not shy away from sharing his parenting experiences on Instagram.
Earlier in July, Warner thrilled fans with a dance video featuring him and his daughter. The actor, who plays Julius Rowe in “Suits,” explained how the impromptu dance session came after his daughter insisted on being held.
“We just woke up from a nap, and for some reason, I was intent on cleaning up the kitchen from a messy lunch, but my daughter wouldn't let me,” Warner wrote, adding:
“She wanted to be held in a low key whiney 14 month old way. For a brief moment I felt myself getting low key frustrated. But then I stopped what I was doing bc she didn't care about a messy kitchen. All she wanted was for her daddy to hold her. Something that simple makes my daughter happy. Something THAT simple. And it was a moment I didn't want to take for granted.”
Warner welcomed his child in May 2017 with his partner, who is said to be an attorney from Connecticut. In recent times, Warner, who is also a director, has been keeping busy with several music and film projects.
In 2015, Warner won a Grammy Award in the "Best Traditional R&B Performance" category for the song, "Jesus Children."
