On October 30, a warrant of arrest was issued against Westwood whom the police couldn’t find. On Saturday, the woman handed herself over to the police.

Susan Westwood, 51, was dubbed "SouthPark Susan" after she was recorded harassing two sisters in front of their apartment. Leisa and Mary Garris, phoned 911 after Westwood approached them in a drunken state and verbally harassed them.

At the time, the Garris sisters had been waiting for AAA to come jumpstart their car. This past weekend, Westwood voluntarily turned herself in to the Sunset Beach, North Carolina, police department.

She also called 911 and falsely claimed that people near her home were attempting to break into nearby residences. During her calls, Westwood was heard saying:

"They are actually people that I've never seen here before, but they are African-American."

The dispatcher tried informing Westwood that the women were waiting for their car to be serviced after it broke down. However, the suspect responded:

"Nobody breaks down their car in the best part of society."

Westwood also tried to bribe the dispatcher saying:

"I'll tell you what, I'll pay $2,500 to get them out of here. Right now, I will. This is, this is, get them out of here. They're trying to cause a problem.”

Westwood has since lost her job at Charter Communications after the video went viral.

The company issued a statement saying:

"The incident recorded in Charlotte is a blatant violation of Charter's code of conduct and clearly disregards the company's commitment to inclusion and respectful behavior."

It’s been reported that she’s also in the process of being removed from her apartment.

In a separate incident, a white woman harassed a Spanish-speaking customer and her daughter at a restaurant in Lovettsville, Virginia. While yelling profanities she also demanded to see their passports in the viral video.

The victim was visiting from Guatemala and was eating with her 7-year-old child when the incident occurred at Andy’s. The woman was recorded yelling:

"Go back to your [expletive] country! You do not [expletive] come over here and freeload on America!"

The unnamed suspect was asked to leave the restaurant and they’ve barred her from returning.
