Will Byler and Bailee Ackerman Byler, from Sam Houston State University, were married Saturday night at the Byler family ranch before leaving in the helicopter in front of family and friends, as Daily Mail reported.

The grandfather of Baillee Ackerman confirmed to NBC News the death of the couple. Relatives and friends of the victims, many of whom had attended the wedding, also expressed their regret on social networks after learning of the tragedy.

"We celebrated your fairytale wedding and were surrounded by family and friends as they flew in the family helicopter. Unfortunately, they hit the side of a hill about a mile from the family ranch," wrote Eric Smith on his Facebook account.

The Uvalde County Sheriff's Office said on Twitter that it had received a call around midnight on Sunday reporting the possible fall of an aircraft in the northwest county, about 160 kilometers west of San Antonio, Texas.

This tragic story reminds us of the owner of Leicester City and his daughter, who were recently involved in a horrifying helicopter crash.

The incident took place this Saturday, October 27, 2018, after the final whistle of the match between Leicester City and West Ham in the Premier League.
