Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay shared a winning recipe for those left-over dishes we like to dig into the day after Thanksgiving. His leftover turkey salad recipe is not only tasty but also a healthy next-day dish. The recipe yields 2-3 servings.

Ingredients

1 and 1/2 pounds leftover turkey, breast, and thigh, pulled apart

1/2 cup bean sprouts4 breakfast radishes, sliced thin

8 ounces watercress, picked (arugula can be used instead)

2 ounces peanuts, toasted

2 ounces daikon, thinly shaved

2 teaspoons ginger, fresh grated

2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

1/4 bunch cilantro, leaves picked (if desired)

1 tablespoon olive oil 5 ounces Bang Bang sauce

Directions

Firstly was all the ingredients for the salad and set aside on a clean paper towel so excess moisture can be absorbed.

Mix the watercress, bean sprouts, radishes, daikon and ginger in a large mixing bowl, and season to taste with salt and evenly add olive oil as desired. Place in serving bowls dishes.

Put the turkey in a large saute pan, over medium heat and add the bang bang sauce. Cook until thoroughly heated. Now distribute the turkey evenly over the salad and finish with sesame seeds and roasted peanuts.

The delicious dish is done and ready to eat. However, you may need one of those ahead of Thanksgiving to chomp down on while looking at the myriad of Black Friday deals available.

But not all deals are good deals. Some stores mark down undesired stock to regular sale prices in the hopes of clearing them off the shelves.

If you are looking for a good deal on a video game console than Black Friday would be the best time to get a great price, as they are marked down too much lower than you will find any other time of the year.

Electronics, in general, are also good buys, but it would be wise to check the make and model as some inferior brands let merchandise go at a steal to get rid of it.

Small appliances, designer bags, and winter clothing are also good options and sport large discounts on Black Friday.Experts advise against buying laptops during this time, as they are actually better priced during back to school specials, and not Black Friday.

Large kitchen appliances, office equipment, and outdoor gear often have better specials during the rest of the year as well.Whatever you decide to splurge your hard earned cash on this Black Friday, have fun and happy hunting!
