When she visited Yorkshire, Kate Middleton stunned spectators with her $2,000 blue coat dress that she also wore in an event last year.

The Duchess of Cambridge and her husband, Prince William, graced the opening of McLaren’s Automotive’s new Composites Technology Centre in Yorkshire, England.

Her pre-winter outfit caught the attention of fashion observers, as it seemed the exact same Eponine London dress she wore during a visit to the Child Bereavement UK Centre last year.

The dress featured a belted waist, shirt buttons, and a collar. She completed her ensemble with a pair of Rupert Sanderson Malory Pumps, a Cartier Ballon Blue watch and a small Smythson clutch bag.

A FASHION ICON

The 36-year-old mother of three has been a fashion icon since she became part of the Royal Family. Photographers and fashion observers always await her appearance at events.

According to a report from online shopping company eBay, Middleton remains at the top of the list of royal fashion influencers. Meghan Markle, who officially joined the Royal Family as Prince Harry’s wife on May 19, 2018, came in second. The Queen also made it to the list.

The public have searched for clothes inspired by Kate’s maternity styles. Many were impressed by her looks during her pregnancy with her third child, Prince Louis.

Searches for fuchsia pink tailored maternity coats tripled after she wore one. Another highly searched for item was the Jenny Packham red smock dress she wore on the steps of the Lindo Wing after giving birth to Prince Louis.

ANOTHER 'RECYCLED' DRESS

Her familiar fashion moment at the Yorkshire event was not the first time Middleton recycled a dress at a high-profile event.

She also recycled a six-year-old dress when she attended the Tusk Conservation Awards at Banqueting House in London.

She wore the eye-catching teal gown created by acclaimed designed Jenny Packham back in 2012.

She matched the dress with a pair of Jimmy Choo heels and complimentary bespoke Packham clatch bab. The dress also featured delicate cap sleeves and an intricate lace back, as well as an embellished waist that showed off her slim figure.
