Son-in-law tries to cheat parents of their home after they tragically lost their daughter
An elderly couple is about to be put in the street after their son-in-law cheated them with a loan. He asked for financial help but what he did not tell them was that they would put their own home as a guarantee for that loan.
José and Petra built a house in Pozuelo 50 years ago with their own hands. Now they face a possible eviction for a deceit of their son-in-law who, taking advantage of the death of the daughter, he deceived them so that they signed a loan of 300,000 euros in which they put their house as collateral.
José and Petra, 82 and 85, are about to be left in the street. After their daughter died, his son-in-law asked them for help because he had financial problems. Without knowing it, they guaranteed a loan with their house.
Now, the son-in-law can’t afford the debt and has declared himself insolvent. The bank claims the property of the octogenarian couple. "My son-in-law deceived us and we loved him like a son," said Petra.

Lucio, taking advantage of the weakness of parents who had dedicated their whole lives to trying to give their children the best, asked them to sign a loan of 300,000 euros putting their house as collateral.
On the verge of being evicted, José and Petra request an intermediate option such as dation in payment or social rent so that the bank lets them live there until their days are over. The worst for them is that they felt cheated by their son-in-law. "We wanted him like a son."
José receives a pension of one thousand euros, while Petra does not receive anything despite she worked all her life. The crisis began after their daughter died.
"Before that, they were doing very well, they had a business and everything was going great, the problems came after my daughter died," concluded Petra.
There is a famous phrase that says “death brings out the best and the worst in families”, and it is exactly the truth.
In another crazy story, a woman allegedly faked being pregnant to make her partner stay and claimed that the baby died at birth. When the father’s friend’s dug up the grave, they found a doll inside.
The father, Melvin Mendoza, was distraught when he found out his newborn didn’t make it. Rose Castellanos Diaz reportedly faked her pregnancy for nine months and pretended to have twins.
