Brooke Hogan’s husband is defending her again — this time not from critics, but from a "disturbing" wave of online misinformation fueled by AI.

Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan has died at 71 at his Florida home on July 24, 2025. In the days since, tributes have poured in from fans and loved ones remembering the WWE icon's impact in and out of the ring.

Now, Brooke Hogan's husband, Steven Oleksy, is breaking his silence, delivering a heartfelt message that condemns AI-generated videos spreading online.

Steven, a retired hockey player and father of twins with Brooke, has largely kept their family life private. The couple, who welcomed their children in 2025, had not spoken out after Hulk's death and were mourning quietly in the days following the news.

"My wife and I have not released any official statement about the death of my father‑in‑law," Steven wrote in an Instagram Story on July 29 alongside a family photo. "If you see or hear something, it did not come from us."

His latest remarks mark the first time either of them has addressed the loss, clarifying accurate information and calling out widespread misinformation.

He asked for privacy as they grieve and process, adding that "there are many disturbing AI videos circulating that do not represent our family, feelings, or opinions."

Other members of Hogan's family have also shared deeply personal tributes in recent days. Nick Hogan called his father "the most incredible person I've ever known" and "the best dad" in a July 26 Instagram post, remembering him as both a mentor and a best friend.

Hulk's wife, Sky Hogan, wrote the day before that while the world knew him as a legend, to her he was "my Terry," praising his devotion to fans and his faith even through physical discomfort.

Oleksy's new statement isn't the first time he has spoken out to defend Brooke from public scrutiny. In March 2025, he addressed false claims about her estrangement from family members, her attendance at Hulk's wedding, and unfounded rumors about her personal life.

At the time, Steven emphasized his wife's character and work ethic, challenging narratives he said distorted the truth. "She is the truest, most genuine person many have ever met and loves hard, almost to a fault. When you love so hard, the more it hurts," he wrote.

Brooke and Steven's own family story has often been shared in glimpses on social media. The couple celebrated the birth of twins in 2025, with Steven calling Brooke a "SuperMom" in a birthday tribute that praised the life they had built together.

Over the years, he has also highlighted her career milestones, from earning professional certifications in multiple fields, to launching a successful interior design firm in Nashville.

It's clear that Steven's loyal and staunch defense is just what Brooke needs in difficult times. We wish them the space and privacy to mourn, and extend our heartfelt condolences to the entire Hogan family at this time.
