Country singer Alan Jackson celebrates 39 years as a happily married man

Country music star Alan Jackson is over the moon as he celebrates his 39th year as a married man next to his adorable wife, Denise Jackson.

The two have known each other since high school when they began dating, and Denise was actually the one responsible for helping Alan kickstart his career.

As reported by Classic Country Music, Denise has been the pillar holding the singer together and they have been a happy couple for almost 40 years.

Alan's career officially took off in 1983, but it wouldn't have been possible if Denise hadn't met country singer Glen Campbell while working as a flight attendant.

Campbell was reportedly at an airport when Denise approached him and told him about her husband's dream of making in the music industry and the star took an interest in him.

STARTING A FAMILY

Having become a singer himself, Alan received three more blessings in the following years; in 1990, his first daughter, Mattie, was born, and daughters Ali and Danie soon followed in 1993 and 1997 respectively.

It was the icing on the cake; not only did Alan have his dream job, but he also had a supportive wife and three beautiful children right by his side.

THEIR LOVE IS STILL VERY STRONG

Despite all of his accomplishments, he is most proud of his family and is still very much in love with Denise, as if they were still young and wild.

The devoted wife is not always able to accompany her husband on tour, but Alan had the opportunity to introduce her to his fans back in a 2007 concert that was held in Atlanta, Georgia.

A TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS

The singer recently announced that he plans on spending the holidays at home with his family, claiming that, even though his children are all in their twenties, the Christmas magic hasn't faded.

Alan is very traditional when it comes to Christmas and likes to keep it that way, which is why he doesn't let anyone open any presents until Christmas morning.
