Lip Reader Reveals What Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Said to Each Other in Viral Video from Stanley Cup Final

The singer and the NFL star were seen sharing an intimate conversation that an expert believes was possibly about clothes.

On June 12, 2025, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce grabbed a lot of attention when they showed up at the Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, Florida, for game four of the Stanley Cup Final between the Florida Panthers and the Edmonton Oilers. Now, a lip reader has analyzed a video of their courtside exchange and described what they talked about.

The spotlight followed the couple wherever they went inside the stadium, with cameras capturing their every moment in the VIP section.

At one point, the recording artist and Kansas City Chiefs tight end, both 35 years old were seated and appeared distracted from the game while having a conversation.

The power couple was sitting close to each other while talking, in typical boyfriend-girlfriend fashion. Swift's leg was crossed in Kelce's direction, and she was holding a canned drink with a straw, while he had his phone in his hand.

According to professional lip reader NJ Hickling, Kelce was talking about clothing. Then, he said, "Yeah cos I'm big, they're quite good jackets. It'll be tailored, has a hat and everything."

Swift responded, "That's crazy," then sipped her drink before leaning slightly over his shoulder and reacting to something on his phone with a quiet, "Oh wow."

The NFL star followed up by asking, "Do you want that?" and the singer replied, "You'd look like a movie star." He then concluded, "That looks like the perfect one."

The moment may have been brief, but it soon made its way online. Sportsnet shared the video on X and noted that Swift and Kelce looked very much in the spirit of the Stanley Cup Final.

Amid quiet rumors of marriage, Taylor Swift's appearance at the game also drew notice for its symbolic details. Though she was not wearing a wedding ring, her outfit—reportedly valued near $16,000—included several personal touches.

On her left wrist, she wore a diamond "TNT" bracelet—short for "Travis and Taylor"—a custom gift from Kelce, who had a matching piece made for himself earlier in 2024.

Although this outing shows an interesting side of their relationship, another one earlier this month caused a big stir online. As previously reported, Swift and Kelce stepped out together for his cousin's wedding over the weekend of June 6, 2025.

At the wedding, Swift wore a light green, strapless sundress decorated with delicate pink patterns. She paired the flowy dress with tan wedge heels. Kelce kept it simple yet sharp in a short-sleeved checkered shirt, tan slacks, and brown loafers.

In one photo from the occasion, Swift rests her head on Kelce's shoulder while holding a glass of white wine. Both appear relaxed and at ease, smiling gently for the camera.

The couple's pose in one image quickly caught attention online, with fans buzzing about their body language. While the photo showed the singer leaning on the football player in a tender moment, the display sparked a variety of reactions from some fans.

Online conversations picked up speed as one person asked, "Why does he look like he is trying to get away from her?" Another added, "He's pulling away."

The reactions kept coming. Someone observed, "Interesting body language 🤔" while another questioned, "Why he always push himself aside from her? Like bro be serious you approached her first…[sic]."

Others saw the photo in a more positive light and offered different takes. One person shared, "I don't usually like TS, but she looks so normal and happy. It's so rare to see her just living her life without her breadcrumbs or PR. He looks like he bought John Travolta's old wig."

Another commented, "They seem really happy. Love that for them." Still, not everyone was fully convinced. Someone asked, "Is his body language saying something?"

Swift and Kelce were also seen posing with several guests throughout the day. The couple appeared in a variety of photos taken during the outdoor ceremony and lively reception.

Whether grouped with family members or snapping playful selfies, the beloved celebrity couple stayed close in nearly every frame. In one shot, Swift leaned in next to Kelce and another guest at a dinner table, her body tilted toward him as he rested his hand around her.

In another, she stood with her arm looped around his shoulder as they posed alongside others, including a young child Kelce carried in his arms. The Grammy Award-winning singer also gave the child a kiss on the cheek in a sweet moment captured in a separate frame.

Throughout the event, the couple joined in casual group shots and cheerful selfies — smiling, sipping drinks, and appearing at ease among the wedding crowd.

A clip from the special occasion also captured Swift and Kelce dancing while seated at their table, swaying gently as they watched the newlyweds take to the dance floor.

The moment, set in a warmly lit barn with fairy lights above, added another glimpse into the relaxed and joyful atmosphere they shared together.
