AGING ACTORS

Thirty-five years has made quite a difference in most cast members’ appearance. The lead actor, Peter Billingsley, was only 12 years old at the time of filming. Now he is 47 and looks vastly different.

Peter has starred in many movies since “A Christmas Story,” including “Elf” alongside Will Ferrell. He has also tried his hand at producing and executive directing.

The actress who played Ralphie’s mom, Melinda Dillon, has had an acting career spanning more than two decades. She retired in 2007 and is 79 years old.
