Melania Trump says it’s an ‘honor to be FLOTUS’ after her approval rating sinks by double digits
Americans show their disapproval, but the hard-working First Lady stands tall.
Melania Trump has long been the most popular member of the Trump family, and her approval ratings reflected that.
However, in the last few months, the First Lady has seen her numbers plummet as she took a more active stance in defense of her husband, President Donald Trump. In response, the FLOTUS has revealed her love of her job on Twitter.
"It is an honor to be #FLOTUS to this incredible country."

MELANIA'S NUMBERS DROP 11 POINTS IN TWO MONTHS
The First Lady posted a video of her visit to US military personnel in which she represented her husband, and extended his good wishes for the Festive Season.
On this occasion, Melania made an unusually politically tinted speech, assuring the Military of the Trump administrations whole-hearted commitment to the defense of the United States.
The drop in numbers continues despite the First Lady doing all the "right things."
FLOTUS' APPROVAL RATINGS DROP AS SHE SHOWS SUPPORT FOR HER HUSBAND
The usually circumspect First Lady has recently been seen supporting her husband publicly and holding his hand. Coincidentally - or perhaps not - her approval rates dropped, even as her presence in the public eye has increased.
MELANIA'S CHRISTMAS APPEARANCES FALL FLAT
The drop in numbers continues despite the First Lady doing all the "right things." Melania has been working hard.
She packed care packages for the troops with the Red Cross, helped Marines with their "Toys for Tots" campaign, visited troops on U.S. bases, and read to sick children at a Washington D.C. hospital, to no avail.
Melania Trump has a hard task ahead of her, defending herself for doing a job she never asked for and paying for the scandals and political choices of the man she married.

SPOKESWOMAN SAYS: "MELANIA IS NOT A RELUCTANT FLOTUS"
Stephanie Grisham, Melania Trump's spokeswoman and a fiery defender of the First Lady has denied the much-touted myth that Melania is a "reluctant First Lady."
Grisham has pointed out that Mrs. Trump has done her duty, and more than her duty as FLOTUS. She is adamant that the press concentrates on every scrap of negative publicity they can scape up and underreport the positive.
As a case in point, she refers to the storm surrounding the red Christmas trees in the White House, and the way the First Lady's work for Christmas charities has been ostensibly underreported by the mainstream press.
