Pioneer Woman admits why she won't do 'Dancing with the stars' and it's hilarious
Ree Drummond, best known as the Pioneer Woman, shared a tweet that explained why she'd never join “Dancing With the Stars.”
She wrote on Twitter: “I dreamed I was on Dancing With the Stars and I kept wanting to sew sleeves on the sleeveless dresses they wanted me to wear, only I didn’t know how to use a sewing machine. Good morning!”
Drummond and her family recently grieved the death of her mother-in-law, Nan Drummond.
Drummond is known for her immense success that started with a simple blog. She now runs a multi-million dollar business. She has several cookbooks, a magazine, home and kitchen line, a restaurant, a hotel, and a Food Network show.
A recent addition to her business ventures were a line of frozen meals and a collection of Instant Pots and slow cookers.
SUPPORTIVE FANS
Despite her tweet, Drummond’s fans urged him to participate in the hit dance competition show.
"OMGoodness! You would be the PERFECT candidate for the show!! I nominate YOU!! It would be my favorite season EVER!! I hope someone on the network sees your tweet! LOL! Dreams do come true!" a fan tweeted.
But Drummond just doesn’t see herself on the show, replying to her followers: “Oh man, I love you guys but Dancing With the Stars is not in the cards for me, as I'm afraid there is no such thing as a multicolored floral ballroom gown with relaxed 3/4 sleeves and a non-fitted waist. Also, pretty sure jeans aren't allowed. Thank you for your cooperation.”
